Toyota IPUP T100L / VP0100L00005A Roots Dry Pump V3.4 with Controller & EdwardsOil Mist Filter

The IPUP T100L is a roots type vacuum pump that rotates a pair of synchronized, timing gears. The pump is driven by a 3-phase induction motor. Bearings and gears on the high pressure side are lubricated by fluoric type oil. Nitrogen is not required for shaft seals. Ceramic balls are used in the bearings on the low pressure side which are lubricated by fluoric type grease. The pump and motor are equipped with an indirect cooling system.
