The model Telxon PTC-860IM is designed to position essential computer controls at the job site. A rugged Telxon PTC-860IM, IP54 NEMA-style case protects critical components from harsh elements and everyday wear and tear.  The wide temperature range makes it ideal for cold storage.

The rugged exterior houses superior intelligence enabling real-time updates of management information via narrow band RF or Telxon's DATASPAN 2000(TM) spread spectrum network.  Compatible with Telxon's complete line of GateWay Connectivity Systems, the unit can communicate with other Telxon handheld devices on a dedicated MicroCellular(TM) network.

The over-size vacuum fluorescent display provides user controlled contrast adjustment ensuring readability in virtually any lighting condition.  The large, ergonomically-designed keys enable optimum productivity.  The PTC-860IM is compatible with Telxon's complete line of barcode reading devices providing " plug-in and scan" convenience for fast, error-free data input.
