    An innovative spectrophotometer that measures absorbance at 230, 260, 280 and 320 nm ( 5 nm bandpass ). Revelant parameters are calculated automatically and displayed at the touch of a button. Offers readings of absorbance and concentration for RNA, ssDNA, dsDNA and oligonuceotides. Displays A260/A280 and A260/A230 ratios for nucleic acid purity checks.
