This modular, high speed Data Generator provides input data for digital IC's and boards. Its features include a 50 MBit/s datarate, 16384 bit/channel on 8 parallel channels (including RZ/NRZ, Strobe and Clock), 50 ohm source impendance and an HP-IB interface.
