Product Description
This series of pulse generators allow multi-gigahertz pulse repetition rates with two independent output signals. Their primary applications are for testing very high-speed GaAs logic gates and circuits, and for driving laser diodes. The corresponding values for the PG 3000A are 5V per output up to 3000 MHz with risetimes as low as 60 ps.
- Pulse Repetition Rate: 10 MHz to 5000 MHz/3000 MHz
- Risetime: The numbers to the right include the 9 ps risetime may be sampling system. The falltime may be slightly slower at some repetition rates.
