The 7S11 single channel sampling unit employs the sampling plug-in head concept. Single channel sampling uses 1 7S11 with a 7T11A or 2 7S11s and one 7T11A provides dual trace. One 7S11 and one 7S12 prvide dual-trace sampling. Two 7S11s can be used for X-Y operation.
- Deflection Factor: 2-200 mV/div in seven steps (1-2-5- sequence)
- Bandwidth: DC-4.6 GHz WITH S-2 Sampling Head
- Input Impedance: 50 ohm WITH S-2 Sampling Head
- DC Offset - Range: At least 10 ns for comparing two signals in a dual-trace application
- Risetime (S-2) 75 ps or less
