The standard Frequency Range 10 kHz to 21 GHz, but with the Option 21 kit (not included) the Range extends to 40 GHz, -117 to +30 dBm, 10 msec/div to 10 sec/div.
This unit is MIL-SPEC, Continuous-Resolution, up to 90 dB Viewable Dynamic Range, Built-in Frequency Counters, GPIB, IEEE488 and more.
