This B0044-283D IR microscope and spectrometer system is build by Spectra Tech and Bomen. The MB-120 Spectrometer is the predecessor to the FTLA2000-100 Series spectrometers built by Bomen. This advanced microscope system is used for spectral analysis of extremely small specimens in research and forensic studies.
