These weather balloons are constructed of neoprene rubber with a large opening for filling with hydrogen or helium gas. If you want to keep it earthbound you can also fill it with compressed air from your vacuum or a pump.
Includes Instruction Sheet, but do NOT exceed 4.5 feet dia. These are new Old stock. We do not know how well the neoprene has aged, or how long it will remain intact after inflation.
