DBT series freeze dryers offer two refrigeration options to accommodate all processing requirements, from aqueous to organic samples. The stainless steel condenser handles 2L of condensate in 24 hours, with an overall capacity of 3.5L. Condensers have smooth walls and rapid hot gas defrost for complete defrosting in less than 10 minutes. Draining is easy via a front-mounted drain hose. The Lyo-Centre control system monitors condenser temperature and vacuum levels with easy visible status on the LCD display. Audible alarms notify when pre-set running times are reached or when the vacuum pump (not inlcuded) oil needs changing. The one-button automatic start-up initiates all system functions in the correct sequence for error-free operation. Units also come with temperature/vapor pressure conversion button and RS-232 connections.
