Gibco BRL Cell-porator 1600 Electroporation Chamber Safe

Chamber Safe provides a convenient means for making safe electrical connections to the electroporation chambers in a water-tight compartment. Up to four samples may be electroporated in sequence at varying pulse lengths and field strengths without loading or unloading the safe or agitating the previously pulsed samples. The internal compartment maintains passive temperature control: water of any desired temperature may be placed in the compartment prior to insertion of the chamber rack. For mammalian and plant cells only, the water-tight gasket allows the cells in all four electroporation chambers to be resuspended simultaneously by inverting the safe immediately before electroporation. Banana jack inserts allow convenient connection to other pulse units. A safety interlock lid protects the user from electrical hazard.
