    Product Description

A portable (or bench) instrument for measuring/recording CO2 with built in infra-red gas analyzer and air sampling pump. The EGM-1 has an input available for incorporating sensors supplied by PP Systems. In addition to CO2 measurements, the EGM-1 is also capable of measuring/recording humidity, temperature, PAR and soil respiration with the addition of other sensors or accessories.

The EGM-1 has full monitoring & logging capabilities, as well as an integral air supply section. Operation and calibration of the instrument is enabled through a series of user friendly menus. The data displays are configured to show measured parameters plus certain calculated values (i.e. temperature, PAR, soil respiration etc.)

The EGM-1 is an extremely versatile instrument, for use in both plant physiology and general environment monitoring applications.

    Applications

Environmental monitoring of plant growth chambers and greenhouses
Work on plant photosynthesis, respiration and transpiration, where lower sensitivity is acceptable
        Mushroom farms
        Animal physiology studies
        Food processing
        Fermentation rooms
Monitoring gaseous environment of fruit stores
Monitoring office environments to establish effectiveness of air conditioning systems.
