These latching, 4 input relays were manufactured for Rockwell by Midland Ross. They have the Rockwell part numbers 628-0054, 17-200014 and are suitable for industrial applications such as telecom switching equipment. Dimensions are approximately 2 1/2 x 1" x 1 1/4" high.
