The RC2000B AZ/EL is designed to control an elevation over azimuth antenna with 36 V actuators and pulse type position sense feedback.
It features:
>Solid State Adapti-Drive that can deliver 8 amps to the antenna actuator.
The controller can control poarization via a polarotor type interface
Positron sensing feedback can be supplied by any pulse based sensor - reed switch,
Hall effect or electro-optical.
There is no need for special sensors or actuators as the RC200B keeps track of both
rising & falling pulse edges.
Non-Volatile Memory rcan hold position and polarization for 50 geostationary and
5 inclined orbit satellites.
