FP Series Fiber Optic Positioners provide three or five degrees of precision positioning for bare, connectorized, or polarization-preserving fibers. Bare fibers are positioned using the FP2. Fibers are aligned in three axes (XYZ) using FP-1. Axial Z motion is accomplished without rotation of the fiber by a knurled knob. Fibers are aligned in five axes (XYZ8x8y) using the FP-2. Axial Z motion is accomplished without rotation of the fiber by a knurled knob.
