National Instruments 1-port, High Speed PCI-CAN Series 2 Interface

The NI PCI-CAN/XS Series 2 is a one-port, transceiver-selectable controller area network (CAN) interface designed for communicating with high-speed, low-speed, or single-wire CAN devices. You select the appropriate transceiver for each port in a configuration utility or in the application. NI PCI-CAN boards use the Philips SJA1000 CAN controller for advanced functionality such as listen-only, self-reception (echo), and advanced filtering modes and new transceivers for sleep/wakeup mode. Each CAN interface is shipped with NI-CAN device driver software. You can synchronize CAN, data acquisition, vision, and motion devices using the RTSI bus. All National Instruments CAN interfaces are designed to meet the physical and electrical requirements for in-vehicle (automotive) networks based on CAN.
