Product Description
This controller indicates high vacuum pressures from 0.001 to 1 Torr (1 to 1000 Microns). The MKS 286 can operate and display pressure from two independent thermocouple tube sensors (not included) and has four thermocouple gauge set points to provide process control.
Thermocouple gauge tubes and cables are not included.
