This Rubidium Standard is Brand New and came to us still in the Military crate.
It has all of the cables required including power cables.
It uses external AC or DC power (115/220 VAC or 28 VDC).
Output is 10 MHz sinewave and has built-in battery back-up.
New batteries are available upon request.
