This popular instrument was designed for, and meets the North American Bell Standards. The 3551A is optimally suited for voice, program, and data circuits up to 50 kbps. Measures 2 & 4 wire balanced circuits and includes balanced impedances of 135, 600 and 900 ohms. Ideal for measuring attenuation distortion, message circuit noise, loss, noise-with-tone, noise-to-ground, and single frequency interference.
