The 7563A is a single-channel, DC logarithmic amplifier with a very high (110 dB) dynamic range designed to produce a logarithmic-related DC output for a very wide range of DC input voltages. , high input impedance (100 kohm), and low output impedance (5-ohm). Voltage ranges from 316 µV to 100 V.
