The HP 70340A modular signal generator provides FM, Logarithmic AM, and Pulse modulation capability. The carrier frequency range is from 1 GHz to 20 GHz. RF Output is +13dBm(0.01-1GHz), +11dBm(1-18GHz) and +10dBm(18-20GHz)
