This is a slip-on adapter that provides a coaxial interface to 0.025 square pin circuit nodes. The adapter is also useful in probing computer back planes as well as wire wrap terminals.
The adapter fits any standard HP and Tektronix oscilloscope probe that has a 3/16 inch diameter probe tip.
To use this with an HP series EZ IC probe, an HP 10017-67604 adapter is required.
The high-frequency impedance of the adapter can be improved by twisting the red and black wires around each other.
