Cosmetic Notes:

Mirror stained, wire exposed, signs of scuffing, scratching, dust and discoloration on outer frame. Lens has moderate signs of staining. See pictures.
Testing & Functional Notes:
Mechanism works but slightly "loose", lenses has moderate signs of staining, used external LED light on mirror for demonstration. Light bulb does not work.
