This is an LCR bridge with external generator or 1kHz internal source. It measures inductance, capacitance and resistance and comes with Instructions/Operations Manual. Resistance range- 0.1 milliohms - 11MOhms, Capacitance 0.1pf-1100mf, inductance 0.1 microH to 1100 milliH. Dissipation factor (R/X or D) 0.001 to 1000.

This is a Fix it Yourself unit, sold as-is:  We plug the 250 DA in, if it doesn't work properly and we believe it will be a fix that requires more than a few minutes to diagnose and fix, we sell it as fix-it-yourself.  Typically  the interstage capacitors might need replacing (there's about 6) , or maybe a wire from the transformer needs resoldering, or you might need to replace tube/s, but generally in good condition.
