Chorum Technologies' Optical Harmonic Equalizer (OHE) provides dynamic optical amplifier gain equalization and control. Comprised of a cascade of voltage-controlled liquid-crystal elements, control circuitry, and OHE-Soft power equalization software (not included), the OHE uses a harmonic filtering approach to flatten or "tilt" a broadband amplifier profile. The Chorum Technologies' OHE offers excellent spectral flatness with low ripple yet and does not incorporate any moving parts.
