I don't have specifications for the ZM 2008A, only the 2008A.  I expect they are close, but you'd have to check with Alcatel to be sure.  I could only find info about the Z version vs non-Z, not what the M signified:
The difference between 2008 A & Z 2008 A is:
2208A 3 phase motor, 220/380V 50 Hz, or Single phase 220V 50 Hz
Z 2208A 3 phase motor, 220/440V 60 Hz or Single phase 110/220V 60 Hz
