and cable TV applications. These VSB filters (VSFs) are designed for television signal IF (intermediate
frequency) filtering, with some models providing high suppression of the audio carrier while other models
pass the audio carrier without attenuation. The excellent linear phase characteristics and low group
delay ripple of these VSFs yield superior 2T and 20T pulse performance. These SAW VSFs provide superior
