<p>Eppendorf FemtoJet Programmable Electronic Microinjector</p><p>The FemtoJet enables minute quantities of liquid to be injected into cells. The relevant parameters (injection pressureand injection time) are set using the variable regulators. The INJECT key or connected hand or foot control (not included) or the INJECT key of the connected micromanipulator are used to trigger these two parameters. If no injections are being performed, compensation pressure is applied permanently.</p><p>Applications:
Microinjection into suspension or adherent cells,in combination with Micromanipulator 5171, InjectMan 5179 or InjectMan NI 2: (not included) semiautomatic injection into adherent cells.
