Description

<p>This series of pulse generators allow multi-gigahertz pulse repetition rates with two independent output signals. Their primary applications are for testing very high-speed GaAs logic gates and circuits, and for driving laser diodes.&#160;The corresponding values for the PG 3000A are 5V per output up to 3000 MHz with risetimes as low as 60 ps.</p><ul><li>Pulse Repetition Rate: 10 MHz to 5000 MHz/3000 MHz</li><li>Risetime: The numbers to the right include the 9 ps risetime may be sampling system. The falltime may be slightly slower at some repetition rates.</li></ul>
