The 8554B covers a frequency range of 100 kHz to 1250 MHz. Fifteen calibrated scan widths from 100 MHz/div to 2 kHz/div in a 1, 2, 5 sequence; pre-set automatically selects 300 kHz bandwidth IF filter. Resolution bandwidths of 0.1 to 300 kHz provided in a 1,3 sequence with accuracy of 3 dB points calibrated to +.-20% (10 kHz bandwidth +/- 5%). Log amplitude range of -122 to +10dBm; linear from 0.1 uV/div to 100mV/div in a 1,2 sequence on an 8-division display. Dynamic range average noise level of less than -102 dBm with 10kHz IF bandwidth.
Compatible with the 141T mainframe, sold separately.
