With excellent quality at an inexpensive price, this instrument measures both AC and DC with 1V resolution, accuracy is +/-0.01% DC and +/-0.05% AC, and 50Hz to 10kHz. From 0 to +/-1100V, it directly compares the voltmeter input voltage to the Kelvin-Varley divider output voltage through use of a high input impedance null detector.
