ModelSource (TM) 3000 series and LM-family hardware modeling systems use Logic Models based on actual silicon to model devices during simulation. ModelSource 3000 series systems provide hardware modeling capabilities in highly integrated packages designed to be linked together, while LM-family systems are designed for internal expandability. The two types of systems are interoperable and compatible with all major EDA simulators and workstations.
