Product Description
This unit is designed to measure the output voltage flatness of 50 ohm, constant-amplitude signal generators including the SG503, SG504 & more. The detector has a frequency range of 50 Hz - 500 MHz and requires a 1.2 V p-p input. Higher input voltages can be measured by attaching the appropriate attenuator.
