The GenRad 1689 is a microprocessor-controlled automatic programmable RLC Bridge and limit comparator.  The separate LED displays sports 5 digits for R, L or C and 4 digits for D and Q. The Capacitance Range is 0.00001 pF to 99999 µF ohms, Inductance Range is from 0.00001 mH to 99999 H & Test Frequencies from 12 Hz to 100 kHz.

The GenRad 1689 Digibridge is a sophisticated, microprocessor-controlled tester that brings new levels of flexibility, simplicity and accuracy to RLC measurement. It is a high performance automated tester with a range of programmable test frequencies and test voltages, as well as automatic limit comparison, automatic parameter selection, remote programmability, automatic binning, and automatic zeroing.
