A 100 kHz to 1500 MHz spectrum analyzer plug-in for use with the 853A or 180-series display. Eight selectable resolution bandwidths (3 dB) from 1 kHz to 3 MHz. Bandwidth and frequency span are independently variable or may be coupled. Amplitude range is -117 to +30 dBm. Automatic and manual sweep. Calibrated sweep times of 0.1 mS to 10 S/div with 10% accuracy. Input impedance of 50 Ohms nominal.
