This Analyzer quickly isolates data communications link problems through 6 simultaeous measurements. It automatically maintains synchronization even in the presence of dropouts. Bit-error & block error rate tests are autoranged & displayed directly on an LED readout. Additionally it measures jitter or total peak distorion, counts the number of times carrier loss or dropout occur, measures data-error skew & counts number of clock slips resulting from phase hits on the link or modem sync problems. Bit Rate Internal: 75 to 9600 bps over 12 selections, External to 5 MHz.
