This mysterious box appears to be an RF Exciter with U/LSB ISB as well as A1 A2H F1 A3A A3H and A3J AM modes. It also features Simplex and Duplex operation and accepts external frequency standards. There are rear connectors for Key and Audio inputs.
Input mode: VOX PTT or Continuous Operation.
4 Output levels: 1/1 1/4 1/16 1/64.
Rear Output Connectors are: PA Control Postselector Antenna Tuner Control
